Webinar Purpose:
This webinar is a two-part webinar presentation that contains two hours of training in the supervisory process and one hour of training in ethical practice. All three hours will be applicable to practicing clinicians in speech-language pathology and audiology working in a variety of settings. Participants will learn about supervising students and therapy assistants and will meet the supervision and ethics training requirements for members of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.

1. Participants described the requirements for supervision of students in therapy assistants.

2. Participants identified at least two different supervisory styles.

3. Participants explained at least two components of helpful feedback.

4. Participants summarized the four principles of the ASHA Code of Ethics.

The audience is audiologists, speech-language pathologists and students.

The October 28, 2021 webinar will offer up to .15 ASHA CEUs (Intermediate level, professional area).

The November 4, 2021 webinar will offer up to .15 ASHA CEUs (Intermediate level, professional area).
